Operations / Management Systems Consultant
Do you enjoy working with people in Teams, understanding and developing processes to improve operations? Expand your knowledge and reach your potential by using your skills in Continual Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management.
Position requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering or Education.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Experience with Lean and / or Six Sigma implementations, preferably as a Black Belt.
- Ability to lead and work with small Teams responsible for process definition, improvements and implementations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with the following would be definite assets:
- Client relationship management and project leadership.
- Change management and continual improvement initiatives.
- Training and presentation skills.
- Application of Lean principles and Lean tools.
- Proven leadership skills and abilities.
- A track record in a consulting or advisory capacity.
