David Hall, FEC, P.Eng
President
With extensive experience in management consulting, engineering, and the oil and gas industry, David Hall provides clients in various industries with results that bring lasting benefits. He brings a fresh perspective and approach to each project done by ProSolve.
With David’s help, businesses improve their productivity. David helps businesses to implement change strategies, manage business improvement projects and effectively develop and implement management systems. Management systems may be developed using ISO Standards or other standards as a basis. Different types of management systems may be combined to create an integrated management system. He has designed and re-designed organizations to maximize organizational effectiveness.
David has trained thousands of people in understanding quality and continual improvement. He has assessed, audited and reported to executive management on the effectiveness of many management systems (quality, environmental, and safety).
David holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a diploma of Advanced Management from the Banff School of Advanced Management.
He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta, has served as a Councilor of APEGGA, and is a Fellow of Engineers Canada.
Jeff Pallister, CMC, B.Sc., B.A.

Jeff Pallister specializes in the strategic and operational management of industrial, manufacturing and technology-based companies. He addresses the corporate issues of leadership, business strategy and planning, organizational structure, work processes, and setting and achieving performance results.
Since 1974 Jeff has worked with clients to manage change effectively and efficiently. He helps managers and owners move their companies to the next level of performance. Jeff uses business process improvement, LEAN Six Sigma, ISO Standards and the Canadian Framework for Business Excellence to achieve productivity and performance improvements in organizations.
Jeff received his education and training from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in New York, the Banff School of Advanced Management, the University of Calgary, and Simon Fraser University. He worked for the Government of Canada under the Executive Exchange program as senior manager with the Ministry of State for Science and Technology.
