Using The Quality Ladder®
This one-day training event provides an understanding of what quality is and how you "get" quality. We usually provide this training for every person in a client’s organization. It has been proven effective in initiating and facilitating change in different companies. It also enhances the awareness of quality and the communication of quality throughout the company. The Quality Ladder® acts as a focal point for communication between people.
Discover and define the five key elements of quality using the versatile Quality Ladder model, which you will customize to your work. We will introduce you to the cost of quality and how it occurs in your workplace and then help you plan for continuous improvement back on the job.
